This policy outlines how your data is handled when you play our game worldwide, including considerations for players in the European Economic Area and UK (GDPR) and in Singapore and Malaysia (PDPA).
1. What We Collect (and What We Don’t)
- No account required: You do not need to register, log in, or provide any personal details (such as your name, email, or phone number) to play.
- No direct data collection: The game itself does not collect, record, or store any personal data on our servers.
- Stored on your device: All your game progress, high scores, and settings are saved locally on your device only.
- No analytics SDK: We do not currently use any third-party analytics software to track player behavior. If we decide to introduce one in the future, this policy will be updated before doing so.
2. Advertisements
We support Dino Smash Adventure by showing ads provided by Google AdMob.
- Family-friendly content: We have configured Google AdMob with a maximum ad content rating of G, so ads are suitable for a general family audience.
- Consent-based identifiers: AdMob may use device advertising identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA or Google’s Advertising ID) to deliver relevant ads, but only with your permission.
- EEA and UK players: We display a consent form powered by Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) so you can choose your ad preferences in accordance with the GDPR.
- iOS players: On iOS we display Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. Tracking is disabled unless you explicitly grant permission.
- Control your preferences: You can withdraw consent or change tracking preferences at any time via your device’s system settings or through the in-game consent options.
3. In-App Purchases
You can make optional in-app purchases within the game (such as unlocking content or removing ads).
- Payment processing: All payments are processed directly and securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Simply Yours LLP never sees or stores your payment card numbers, billing addresses, or bank details.
- Purchase validation: We use RevenueCat to manage purchases and verify receipts. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and encrypted purchase receipt information to confirm that an item was purchased. It does not receive your name, email, or billing information.
4. Children’s Privacy
Dino Smash Adventure is built for a general audience and is fun for all ages, including children playing alongside their parents. The game is not directed primarily at children under 13.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
- All advertisements are restricted to a maximum content rating of G.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
- Your game progress, unlocked items, and preferences are stored exclusively on your device, so uninstalling the game or clearing the app’s data permanently removes all local information.
- We do not host user accounts or remote player databases, so there is no player profile on our servers to delete.
6. Your Rights
Under global privacy laws, including the GDPR in Europe and the UK and the Personal Data Protection Acts (PDPA) in Singapore and Malaysia, you have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, rectify, or withdraw consent for data processing.
Because Dino Smash Adventure does not collect personal identifiers or keep user records on external servers, we do not hold personal profiles to retrieve. You can manage or withdraw consent for advertising identifiers at any time:
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads, to reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws (for example, if an analytics tool is added in a future update). Any updates will be published with a revised effective date at the top of this page.
